Getting help: What to do if you are concerned about yourself or someone else:

  • If you are the subject of the concern and if you require immediate medical attention or if you are at risk of immediate harm or danger, call the emergency services for the police or ambulance (999 or 112) immediately. If you need medical help quickly but it is not an emergency, call 111 (NHS). For non-emergency police matters, call 101.
  • If you are concerned about someone else, if they require immediate medical attention or if they are at risk of immediate harm or danger, call the emergency services for the police or ambulance (999 or 112) immediately. If you need medical help quickly but it is not an emergency, call 111 (NHS). For non-emergency police matters, call 101.
  • If you or they are not in need of emergency attention, please report your concerns to the club Welfare Officer (welfare.ockc@yahoo.com. All concerns raised will be treated sensitively and seriously. Or tell someone you trust.
